Hi I'm Andy and i'm the business duck herder

I am Andy the Business Duck herder, a novel way of telling you I am a business coach for small business owners.

I believe in keeping things simple when it comes to business and if we get the basics right everything else will take care of its self.

I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach, we all come here for different reasons with different stories. My job is to listen to you and what you want and help you find a way of getting their.

Becoming a good business duck herder will keep you organised and productive…which is much better than been a busy fool!

If you want to be a great Duck Herder there are some simple rules you need to follow

You need a commanding voice
Bold body Language
Confidence
A clear plan of where you want your ducks to go and why
And they need to buy in to your commands and follow you.

Some might need more convincing than others.

Not all will understand all your commands or understand them in the same way.

Some will lead and the flock will follow, so make sure you are in charge of the leaders.

But your not really here to herd real ducks are you, for me and you this is about our passion, our life’s work….our business.

The term getting your ducks in a row is all about being in control, being organised and prepared for whatever life throws at you. Experience has shown me not everyone in business is in control and sometimes you just find yourself, busy, but not getting the results you hoped for. Getting your business ducks in a row helps you build the solid foundations for business growth. It gives you confidence, the skills and ability to succeed.

Now there is a fair chance you have read books, been on the courses and listened to the pod casts, the fact is though , personal development is a never ending journey.

Most of the things I talk about and teach you may already know, or have read it somewhere before

This is where most people fall down, they read it, they know it, but they do not put it into action.

Why? Well often because they overcomplicate it all, or it’s an idea that’s meant to suit all.

The truth is, no one thing will suit all real success does not come in one book, because the definition of success is different for everyone.

I don’t want you to compare yourself, with others, I want you to remember why you started your business, what you wanted from your business and achieve those goals.
